How long do the food tours last?
Tours generally last 2–2½ hours.
Do I need advance tickets?
Yes, we do require advance purchase so the restaurants are prepared with the appropriate amount of food.
How far will we walk?
The Taste of Court Avenue tour will include about one mile of walking, with stops along the way.
Do the tours start and end at the same location?
Tours will either end at the starting location, or within a couple blocks.
Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, your guide will point out restroom locations along the way.
What if the weather is bad?
Tours go rain or shine! Please come dressed for whatever the meteorologist says to expect! In the event of extreme weather that forces the tour operator to cancel, you will be given a full refund or credit.
Are the food tours appropriate for children?
Children are welcome to join the tour. We don't have a separate "kids' menu," so please use your own discretion whether your children will enjoy a culinary experience and have the attention span for a 2½ hour tour. All guests ages three and older are considered full participants and require a paid reservation.
Are beverages included?
Water will be offered at all stops, and a beer/cocktail taster will be offered at two stops. Additional beverages may be purchased at your expense.
I have special food needs/allergies. Can I still participate?
With advance notice, we can accommodate many dietary needs. Please note these when you make your reservation.
Are the tours wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Yes, all restaurants and sidewalks can accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Please let us know of any mobility issues when you make your reservation, so we can be prepared with the best route to make your tour enjoyable.
Are pets allowed on the tour?
Sorry, we cannot allow pets, with the exception of service animals. Please let us know when you make your reservation if a service animal will be with you.
Do you offer tours in a language other than English?
At this time, we only offer English-speaking tours. If you would like to schedule a private tour with a translator for a different language, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss options!
What is your cancellation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
If we have less than three people registered 48 hours prior to a particular tour, the tour will be cancelled (and guest notified at that time) with full refund or credit.
Are gratuities included?
Restaurant gratuities are included in the tour price. Guide gratuities are not included. They are never expected but always appreciated.
Are private tours offered?
Absolutely! Please contact us at email@example.com to schedule your private tour! Tours are best scheduled during off-peak dining hours.
